My wife and I have been involved in the South African real bread movement since 2013. We started out humbly with a small artisan bakery in Alberton (Gauteng) selling and supplying bread to shops and clients. Our passion for real bread expanded and led us down the path of teaching artisan bread-making courses in Johannesburg.
Over time we found that it was difficult for home bakers in South Africa to acquire the right tools for making good bread at home. This led us to start sourcing quality tools and equipment. Currently, we have a team of people that run various baking classes and well over 100 curated products available in our shop. Classic French Cooking Course Students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per lesson.
French Cooking Classes are offered by Nadege Cuisine for all ages and skill levels. The menus depend on your requirements and needs (vegetarian, Halaal, food allergies, etc).
