Sharpen your skills in the kitchen with a fast-paced, creative career in culinary arts! In the Professional Cook apprenticeship program you’ll learn to prepare, cook and present meals and specialty foods.
Few occupations offer the creativity, excitement, and opportunities for growth as the Culinary Arts. Working alongside experienced culinary instructors, students will learn to perform the hands-on skills that chefs use each day in industry.
The number of cooking sessions and the frequency of classes is based on participant needs and volunteer availability during the intake process and planning session
40 hr placements at Chef Ric’s storefront, and others in the hospitality industry (non-paid).
