We will continue to tackle knife skills, introduction to brown roux (Espagnole sauce) and black roux (gumbo), combination cooking, deep frying techniques including his recipe for amazing fried chicken, beer battering, easy yeast bread and more.
We have classes for every level of home cook. However, don't worry about what you don't know, we will walk through each recipe step by step in our hands-on cooking classes.
