This is Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence’s ultimate diploma program. It combines the foundation, skills, and techniques of Cook Basic Level 1 with the advanced culinary and customer service skills of Cook Advanced Level 2.

Learn about the techniques and flavour profiles behind each recipe with lots of tips along the way! Bring a friend and cook a three-course menu – all easily replicated in your home kitchen.
Throughout the course we will discuss and learn about the history and culture of various cuisines, ethical food issues, organic vs local, wild vs farmed, sustainable agriculture, food allergies and restrictions, cooking and eating fads, and more.
Join us inside the kitchen to learn some culinary skills and try some new recipes. We offer a class for everyone, from Teen Chefs to Foodie Adventurers!
