DurationEach class is designed to match your cooking interests and tastes. We build a menu around what’s happening your life, your favourite country or cuisine, or whatever crazy and fun theme you can come up with.
Scheduled and customized KITCHEN Classes cost $145 per person, plus GST, for a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 12 people. KITCHEN cooking classes are led by our chefs and include substantial grazing of all the dishes we prepare, prosecco and wine, and printed recipes to take home. You won’t leave this KITCHEN hungry.
This Kitchen is home to corporate and private parties, individual and group cooking classes, catered meetings and more. For as long as we can remember, we’ve loved feeding people.

The course is suitable for beginners and aspiring cooks who’d want to grasp basic culinary concepts and be exposed to effective cooking methods
During this full-time two year program, you will be trained in all aspects of the culinary trade including foundational cooking techniques, garde manger, introduction to global cuisines, patisserie and culinary management which includes courses such as hospitality mindset, teams and cultures
This program is designed by professional Chefs for individuals looking to enter the Culinary world as cooks and ultimately become Chefs themselves. We will prepare graduates to work successfully in the foodservice industry
The Personal Chef program will not only provide you with the tools and skills necessary to operate a business, it will equip you to run a successful business
It is an intensive 600-hour training program that combines the culinary skills and techniques from Cook Basic Level 1 and the advanced culinary techniques and business management skills from Cook Advanced Level 2
