Have a bunch of tortilla-loving mini chefs in your house? Get them started preparing their own Mexican favorites at home! In this hands-on class, everyone will learn all the basics to get them on their way.
You will start by learning how to make Chilaquiles Rojos and Chilaquiles Verdes. These are interesting and dynamic Mexican dishes that lend themselves to be used as components of other delicious dishes that will be made in these classes, specifically, Enchiladas Rojas, Enchiladas Verdes, and Huevos
Learn to create beautiful, perfectly seasoned dishes where natural flavours are enhanced and heightened rather than simply made spicy.
We will start with Mexican chili (make it as spicy or as mild as you want!), then we will prepare an easy vegetable fried rice, a fast and quick chickpea stew, and for dessert we will make a no fuss raspberry crumble.
