Dance Cirque is for children over 5 years old, (our primary & High School students, great for boys and girls and you don't need to be a dancer to enjoy it. It works on level cards so everyone progresses at their own pace.

It not only involves an apparatus (silks, lyra, trapeze) but also a ground act (juggling and hula hooping). Great for cognitive development, strength and flexibility and mostly confidence, whilst learning new skills and having fun all under the supervision of our fully qualified teachers.

A fun fitness based class that combines dance related cardio and barre exercises, usually done to modern music. stretch and strengthen!
This is a pure fitness class where you will mix High-Intensity cardio, bodyweight exercises, and floor work to switch on those important core muscles.
Stretch and Strength classes are a pivotal part of a dancers training. These classes combine safe dance practice, with flexibility exercises and strength exercises to supplement other styles and make our dancers prepared for the physical demands of the art form.
TJS offers a technique class where we focus on strength, stretch, conditioning, working to improve these elements vital to being a dancer.
