Within these classes students will use yoga mats and exercise balls, supplied by VPA, to enhance their overall dance technique.

In our flexibility classes you will be shown how to increase your range of movement, whether it be the splits, back bends, relieving muscular tension or just simply touching your toes, these classes concentrate on flexibility exercises specific to pole & aerial dance.
A fun fitness based class that combines dance related cardio and barre exercises, usually doneĀ Ā to modern music. stretch and strengthen!Ā
