These classes are set to pop music and incorporate dance Pilates exercises, Progressing Ballet Technique swiss ball exercises, balance work, technique “progressions” en diagonale, flexibility work and even meditation to music.
Taught by dance physiotherapist Sophie Ryan, there is a focus on biomechanics and alignment as well as better understanding how the dancer’s body works. Dance Conditioning is a one-hour class.
