Dimi has a wealth of experience in dance training and education and strives to provide quality dance education to each student who steps foot in the studio. Dance Fit is a 45 min class that will leave you energized, pumped and wanting to move more – that’s how we were designed to start with, right? None of us was meant to sit for long periods of time, we are supposed to get out there and explore, hunt and live!
With this syllabus, the dancer will gain strength and discipline, poise and mental agility. Classical, Hip Hop, and Jazz dancers will notice improvements in all of these aspects learning Russian Character is a valuable addition to any dancer's repertoire.
