This is an ideal class to get fit and just have a boogie! No concert or rehearsal commitment, open to teens and adults and taught by a qualified dance teacher & personal trainer.
DanceWorks Geelong is an all inclusive dance studio who offers dance classes for all abilities, from Toddlers to Adults.
Formally owned by Jana Kolacz, DanceWorks Geelong is now owned and operated by Dimi Sunderland. Dimi has a wealth of experience in dance training and education and strives to provide quality dance education to each student who steps foot in the studio. Dimi has a keen interest developing her student’s technical ability as well as ensuring they are learning in a fun and inclusive environment.

All classes are taught by well trained, passionate and qualified dance educators, who have a strong interest in instilling their love of dance in their students. Classes can be taken for fun and fitness or for the more serious dancer with interest in making their dance passion into a career.
The majority of the class focuses on strengthening the feet and ankles to make sure students are strong and ready to advance to pointe.
In our Progressive technique classes we use a syllabus specially developed for us at Stage One.
This class aims to help reduce muscle stiffness, release pain, improve flexibility and relieve stress. It is a low intensity class perfect for all levels of fitness
A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!
This class is dedicated to learning, improving, and perfecting technique in jumps, leaps, turns.. Stretch and strengthening is also combined to improve dancers power and range of motion.
