Barre (pronounced ‘bar’) combines simple ballet exercises, core strength work and dance specific stretching.
Smoulder & Burn, Smoulder & Strength and Smoulder & Spin are three pole dance fitness workouts like no other!
Bring it on! Get show ready in this class bursting with energy, fast-paced movement, core training and all out bootyliciousness. Mind, body and soul will be challenged and uplifted, sweat will pour and laughter will flow. Ready, set go!
Students who attend this program will love the motivation and positivity this program brings to every class. These classes will drive their strength and technique through the roof.
Strength & Stretch is a fitness class where you will build strength specifically to help you on your aerial apparatus through conditioning exercises but it will also be useful for general dance, fitness and pole members.
