All of our teachers are certified by the American Culinary Federation and have years of professional cooking and teaching experience. Most serve as faculty in Columbus State’s culinary arts programs in addition to teaching classes for the general public, which means you have an opportunity to learn from accomplished chefs with a passion for sharing their knowledge with cooks of all skill levels.
In this class, guests will taste through the Brooklyn Kitchen pantry, coming to understand and curate their own palates. Simple preparations come together to offer a wide array of flavor combinations.
Start with sumptous salmon mousse cups followed by a grilled filet mignon in port wine reduction with hasselback potatoes and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and grueye. Dessert - burn your own creme brulee.
