Course Details

Let’s head south for the evening and enjoy the vibrant spices, seasonings, and colours of these beautifully presented dishes!

  • We will learn a little more on Mexican themed foods and how to make them from scratch, from Azteca soup to Enchiladas, and Mexican flavored steak. To finish the night, Mexican Hot Chocolate for dessert.
  • As a demonstration class, the chef will be doing the work while you observe. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. 
  • Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served.
  • This class is limited to ten participants. Class length is approximately two hours. Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
