On the menu: shrimp pot stickers with ponzu sauce (crispy dumplings), pork + crab siu mai (open top steamed dumplings) and spring rolls (crispy fried chicken and vegetable roll).
We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.
Unlike in the past, we are not gathering signing up students individually, instead, for your safety and comfort level, it is up to you to bring us a group of 4-6 and reserve a spot for the class you desire.

No need for take out menus once you've mastered the art of making this Chinese meal. You'll learn to fill and fold the dumplings for soup; create egg rolls from scratch; and produce two simple but delicious main courses.
