Plus, our Agricultural Learning Center and Farm to Table® Experience connect you with local produce and producers from throughout the region.
Under the direction of Chef Jennifer, participants prepare and enjoy a three-course dinner using ingredients that are sourced from Pike Place Market. While cooking, the chef explains the history of the Market, showcases her favorite vendors, and provides the history of the cuisine.

For our Holiday Drink Building class we will be going over 4 drinks that we’ve built to be added to your menu for the holiday season. The class will be led by Bryan Hibbard and Lindsey Villanueva.
