Embrace your culinary creativity and prepare for an exciting career in the food industry. Our Culinary Arts program, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Convention Center, equips you with the essential skills and techniques to thrive in various culinary roles.
The class begins with an apéritif with fresh bread and cheese selection. You will then be provided with caps to write your name on and aprons. The whole group will be preparing the menu all together, dividing the tasks amongst each of the participants, under the guidance of the chef.
As with all of our services, we come to you! Invite friends, neighbors, co-workers, plan a team-building event, date night...let's all get in the kitchen together (or not if you prefer to watch and just listen!)
Chef Manny and Chef Randi are ready to teach you everything you need to know to master any culinary challenge of 2022! As you cook (and eat!), we will discuss, in depth, ingredients and equipment, guide you through how to make the most of your pantry staples.
This class is an introduction to those flavors and ingredients that make South American cuisine so unique. From Brazil, to Argentina, to Peru, this is a guaranteed first class experience into South American culture and the foods native to these countries
