DurationIf time is tight, we also hold Express Cooking Classes on weekdays, which run two hours over the lunch hour, and includes a substantial grazing of a three-course meal, a glass of wine and KITCHEN’s recipes to take home. There are a number of themes or menus to choose from.
The cost for an express cooking class is $50/person, plus GST, with a minimum of 8 people.
This Kitchen is home to corporate and private parties, individual and group cooking classes, catered meetings and more. For as long as we can remember, we’ve loved feeding people.

The course is suitable for beginners and aspiring cooks who’d want to grasp basic culinary concepts and be exposed to effective cooking methods
During this full-time two year program, you will be trained in all aspects of the culinary trade including foundational cooking techniques, garde manger, introduction to global cuisines, patisserie and culinary management which includes courses such as hospitality mindset, teams and cultures
This program is designed by professional Chefs for individuals looking to enter the Culinary world as cooks and ultimately become Chefs themselves. We will prepare graduates to work successfully in the foodservice industry
The Personal Chef program will not only provide you with the tools and skills necessary to operate a business, it will equip you to run a successful business
It is an intensive 600-hour training program that combines the culinary skills and techniques from Cook Basic Level 1 and the advanced culinary techniques and business management skills from Cook Advanced Level 2
