Falafel is a popular Middle Rastern dish, made from raw chickpeas, herbs, garlic, onion, and spices like cumin, turmeric and coriander, mixed together and shaped into a ball then deep fried for perfect crispiness on the outside yet fluffy and flavorful on the inside!

Perfect for adding to wraps, sandwiches, salads, hummus platter, or for snacking on its own.

Hummus is another Middle Eastern staple, and is basically a dip or spread made from ground chickpeas and sesame seeds paste (Tahini), olive oil, lemon, and garlic.

This superfood can be dipped with pita chips or carrots and makes a healthy anytime snack!

Tahini Salad, this is a wonderful and fresh addition to your falafel wrap, basically fresh tomatoes and cucumbers swimming in a lemony tahini sauce.

Baba Ghanough, smokey roasted eggplant dip with fresh garlic, lemon juice and tahini sauce. Tzatziki Sauce, petit diced cucumbers in a yogurt sauce with fresh garlic and dried mint leaves.
