This is one of our most popular courses offering fast, seasonal and easy to make food. The dishes we cook will use the best of what's in season, with an emphasis on local ingredients which we source from our local suppliers Eades and Castle Farm, as well as produce from our own garden.
On this Fast and Delicious course, we will make dishes which take around thirty minutes to prepare and cook, saving you time and effort in the kitchen.
You will cook a selection of recipes which will give you inspiration and ideas for cooking at home. Our chefs will guide you through each dish and give lots of tips for preparation and storage.
The dishes themselves will depend on what's seasonally available, but expect recipes such as:
Pea Pancakes with Creamy Mushrooms
Turkish Gözleme with Ezme Salad and Tzatziki
Crispy Sesame Tofu
Puy Lentils with Roasted Vegetables and Salsa Verde
Roasted Cauliflower with Sumac
Herby Quinoa Salad
You will learn knife skills and techniques which will save time and improve your kitchen skills.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.

This eleven week course is designed for people with a solid knowledge and ability in basic cookery. It’s ideal for those wishing to take their cookery skills to the next level or for competent cooks who wish to have a formal training.
Our Foundation in Professional Cookery (6 weeks) and Diploma in Professional Cookery (12 weeks) offer students a comprehensive understanding of cooking methods and techniques, as well as valuable qualifications in food hygiene.
