Course Details

This course is a must for all Italian food lovers! An example of some of the dishes you will learn how to make on the day – fresh pasta,  rosemary foccacia, sweet leek and mascarpone or spicy cherry tomato sauce, biscotti biscuits, tipsy tiramisu, mini Italian cheesecake & panettone bread & butter pudding.

All guaranteed to be a hit with the family! This workshop is an ideal introduction to making bread & pasta. We make pasta both by hand and using a pasta machine, with tips and guidance to take out the mystery from fresh pasta.

All equipment and ingredients will be supplied – you just need to bring yourself along and enjoy your day in the beautiful surroundings of Millhouse Green. These are hands-on demonstrations and produce that you make you can take home to enjoy with your family!
