The chef takes the students through each step carefully ensuring the best results. They will learn to work with others as well as picking up cooking techniques and tasting new flavours (and ones they already love of course!)
Each child makes a full serve of the dishes prepared to take away.
Todays Japanese master class is an amazing dive into Japanese cuisine with our new Korean head chef Katie Bae.
Class will make 3 courses of Japanese favourites – 3 types of sushi, Tonkatsu w/ cabbage slaw and a matcha tiramisu.
They will learn how to:

Hands-on sushi rolls! A wonderful opportunity to share this fun experience with your partner learning together how to create your own homemade sushi rolls.
Izakaya; often described to the unfamiliar as ‘Japanese tapas’, actually refers to Japanese drinking establishments that offer casual plates of extremely tasty Japanese food, designed to accompany one’s beverage of choice.

Learn valuable skills to make you unstoppable in your kitchen. Our Chef will take you through your paces to help you create authentic Japanese meals including everyone’s favourites – gyozas and salmon aburi.
The food of Japan is often based on the freshest seafood, seasonal vegetable and Japanese ways of simplicity. So we will present you with a focus on fresh seasonal produce, prepared meticulously and presented beautifully.
