Begin with your partner ‘Vegetarian Sushi Roll’: Chopping vegetables, avocado, pickles & preparing the classic flavored Japanese omelette. Learn how to role it! (Might be a bit messy to begin with – but who cares…) Teriyaki Chicken Sushi is your next, this time your sushi roll has already improved…ready to your third ‘Battleship Sushi’ with Tuna, Mayo and pickled shallots, then finish up with Japanese desert ‘Green tea Tiramisu’ – What an exotic culinary journey!

My cooking classes are totally a hands-on style using only all natural ingredients. Make sure to bring some takeaway containers for leftover food. We will cook a lot of food.
We provide all seasoning and ingredients to your home. Basically, I'd like to use your kitchen and your kitchen tools, etc. Because after you learn Japanese cooking, you can cook in your kitchen! Please wear closed-in shoes because you will be handling knives and hot liquids.
