Japanese Inspired dining is a memorable experience. Too many beautiful dishes to prepare, we will work on something you can make at home. Most ingredients can be bought locally, such as everyday groceries and vegetables.
We have chosen recipes for this series, that do not require hard to find, specialist ingredients or unique kitchen equipment. That said, Japanese food does rely on a few core ingredients, and you will need the odd jar of miso, dried shiitake mushroom or bottle of soya sauce. Once bought these core Japanese ingredients can be kept in store for use again and future meals.
