Leiths alumni Alan Rosenthal, master of the One-Pot is back at Leiths to share recipes from his latest book 'Foolproof Vegetarian One-Pot - 60 Vibrant and Easy-going Vegetarian Dishes', launching October 2022. This class celebrates the simplicity of his signature 'one-pot' cooking for practicality and dishes that do not compromise on flavour.
Alan takes basic into brilliant with his one-pot recipes from around the world, featuring everyday obtainable ingredients. Not only will you come away with a reinvigorated recipe repertoire, but also a new understanding of vegetarian cooking.
You will prepare four dishes yourself as well as observe Alan demonstrating another two (served up for lunch). Hungry for more? Alan is also doing a Foolproof One-Pot Dishes class in April 2023, which will include meat and fish additions to your One-Pot wonders.
After graduating from Leiths Alan launched his own one-pot meal company, stewed! He first started selling his pots at farmers' markets, before expanding to stock the shelves of Budgens, Harvey Nichols and a host of other national retailers.
