Let our chef help you create iconic dishes, perfecting French techniques that you can then sit back, relax and enjoy at our chefs table. 

 

At this French Bistro class we will make:

Starter - French Onion Soup with a demonstration of a magic French baguette

Main Course - Duck, Pancetta & Flageolet Bean Cassoulet topped with homemade Gremolata

Dessert - French Apple Tarte Tatin

This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.

This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
