Looking to recreate classic French recipes at home? Some French breads can take years to master and perfect, but we have developed this session to enable the home baker to produce delicious, consistent results in their own kitchens!
The class includes two kneading and three shaping techniques, working with and using a pre-ferment, and will also help you understand how you can develop better flavor in your bread.
