This course is designed for students who are either about to attend college or university or leave their halls of residence to fend for themselves. Students will learn to cook delicious, nutritious food on a university budget, as well as how to choose healthy ingredients and make the most of leftovers. As well as cooking their own lunches, students will have prepared dishes to take away at the end of each day.
After a day of learning, students have access to the outdoor heated swimming pool and croquet lawn, as well as the beautiful countryside which surrounds Manor Farm Cookery School - a fun way to spend time with friends.
By arrangement, this can also be a residential course or undertaken as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Scheme
Manor Farm Cookery School launched in 2016 and is a well-equipped facility running cookery courses, workshops and cookery clubs for people of all ages and abilities.
Incorporating lots of fresh vegetables, grains, and spices, creates amazing flavours. Adding indulgent textures merges these flavours into many, unique, Middle Eastern recipes. Richness from dried fruits and figs and a light and lifted citrus characters, really please the palate.
