Greek Cooking Classes are offered by Michelina Lawson Catering for all ages and skills. Enjoy a private cooking class in your own home with friends and family. After learning to cook your favourite dishes, you'll sit down and enjoy all of your creations.
You will learn how to prepare traditional authentic dishes that you won’t commonly find in a Greek restaurant. Instead, it is food that you would expect to eat in the kitchen of a Greek family home.
This cooking class will teach you traditional Greek dishes with a modern twist. This is a hands on cooking class under the tuition of a professional chef.
Students will learn recipes and food from different regions of Europe. We will teach recipes from France, and six other European regions such as Italy, Greece, Sweden, Hungary, Netherlands and England.
Join Dora for a fun evening of preparing and eating some Greek favourites. You will prepare gemista, tiropitakia and kataifi with enough to eat on the day and also to take home.
