In many restaurants, the entire staff&crew come together before service and share Family Meal. It s a fantastic time to relax for a moment with your crew before diving into the nights service. At CCK, we invite you and your family to join us for Family Meal Night. Ages 6 & up are welcome with adult!
Join us in our kitchen classroom for hands on cooking classes led by our experienced professional chefs! Work along with your chef to create delicious recipes to enjoy during class and take home our class packets to recreate the recipes at home! Unless otherwise noted, all of our cooking classes are for persons 16 years of age and up as well as BYOB.
Learn to roast a whole chicken with lemon, garlic, fresh thyme and lots of melted butter. We’ll make a delicious roasted beet salad with pistachios, goat cheese, and orange, a simple but elegant green bean dish, mashed potatoes and gravy, and finally a hot and bubbly apple crisp for dessert.
These classic island dishes will give you a taste of Big Island life! Start off with an avocado, mango poke salad and then Indulge in this delicious grilled Huli-Huli chicken with a side of mac salad. Finish up with a brûléed butter mochi.
Indoor Summer BBQ class is offered by Cooking with Care. South Texas is too hot outside in the summer, so why not bring the BBQ indoors?
Smoking Chicken on the Home Grill cooking class is offered by Thrive Chef Works. Chef Nick’s cooking classes and food talks have been held in school classrooms, farmer’s markets, businesses, food co-ops, Kitchen Window and in private homes.
Get ready for the summer BBQ and grilling season ahead! We’ll make Chipotle Grilled Shrimp, Easy BBQ Pork Chops, Grilled Sea Bass with Ramp Pesto, served with Coleslaw, New Potato Salad and Strawberry Shortcake.
