Enjoy an interactive cooking show right in your own home. You and your guests sip drinks and take part in live demonstrations while the chef tells stories of the ingredients and producers and passes on culinary tips such as menu planning, flavour balancing, technical skills and recipes.
Students will learn basic food service and kitchen management; baking pastries and desserts; breakfast cookery; cold kitchen; diet and nutrition; and meat and poultry cookery.
Learn the Basic skills and techniques of cooking. This is suitable for beginners who want to develop the culinary skills. You will learn step by step methods of preparation, production and finishing dishes. You will make your own stocks, veloutés and emulsions.
