It’s this curated collection of hand-picked ingredients that will fill our shelves, invigorate our menu and inspire our teaching.
And it’s with those ingredients that we, at Dish, and you, at home, have the makings of more memorable meals to enjoy with friends and family.
The class will be about Jaeyuk-bokkeum(Stir-fried Spicy Pork), led by Chef Sunna Na.
In this workshop, expect to learn how to make use of soy and gochujang (Korean pepper paste) into your everyday cooking.
A visual presentation of Korean kimchi culture and how-to demonstrations are coupled with hands-on practice.
