The Traditional Flavors of Greek Food

  • Come from the sun-drenched herbs and spices grown along the hillsides on the main island of Greece. Escape to a Greek Isle tonight where we will learn how to prepare and cook Lamb Chops crusted with fine Herbs and served on a bed of grilled Polenta. We will also make Moussaka from scratch for an appetizer and finish the meal with a sweet and decadent Baklava.
  • This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants.
