Chop, marinate, sizzle and slurp your way through a four course menu of Greek foods including: Dolmathes our vine leaves filled with savour mushrooms and rice Spanakopita, with feta and spinach in crisp filo pastry Moussaka with lamb or Eggplant Bayildi (v) Baklava with Honey Ice Cream and Caramel...
The menu included a pasta and meat skillet entre, similar to a hamburger helper dish, a meat pie with Greek salad and yogurt parfaits for dessert. As an extra treat, there was also a cake made ahead of time and the recipe shared with the participants.
Your plate will evoke the warmth of Greece’s nights with dishes that are amongst this country’s thousands of culinary wonders!
