Are you constantly scrambling to get dinner on the table or figure out lunch to pack for the day (beyond the standard options)? As we feast on dishes the class has prepared, the instructor for the evening, Elizabeth Davenport, MPH, RDN, LD, will answer questions about dietary needs and work-arounds for meal preparation situations.
