My cookery school is very much an extension of my home, family, and myself. Based in the South Derry countryside, I offer an “at-home” cooking experience in my own home.
Spring brings us such a wealth of great ingredients, which form the inspiration for this course.
Learn to shop and stock your kitchen to make life easier and economical when it comes to preparing simple nutritious meals, and will show you how to plan menus that are achievable.
Our RSPH accredited training involves a combination of practical cooking sessions, nutrition tutorials and kitchen skills.
This class you'll learn how to make the perfect lightly, spiced chicken goujons, delicious chunky potato oven wedges with a special cookery seasoning, which you'll use over and over again on your wedges, chips and roasties. We will also show the kiddies that salads don't need to be boring and dull.
These classes are suitable for budding chefs aged 8 plus. In these fun classes children are shown safe techniques to be able to independently use a variety of basic cooking skills and equipment. We make a variety of different dishes and children feel a real sense of achievement in having created
