You'll leave with the confidence to tackle any recipe. This class is both for the beginner and accomplished cook.

In 1973, Martha Kaemmer and her sister Mary Rice thought that the time was ripe for a culinary awakening. Cooks was born in a 1,500-square-foot storefront at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Lexington Parkway, in St. Paul.
There were four employees and approximately 250 different items for sale. Mary left a year later to pursue a new culinary journey in Bayfield, WI. Martha carried the company forward for more than 30 years.
Taste of Innovation is our unique cooking team building program that encourages creativity and innovation. Instead of working from recipes, like our other programs, participants are given a “mystery basket,” similar to Chopped or Iron Chef.

Delight your senses with the vibrant tastes of Brazil at our cooking workshop, as you learn to prepare the beloved feijoada, a slow-cooked masterpiece of black beans and pork, followed by a slice of moist and aromatic Brazilian carrot cake and much more.
You go home with at least half a dozen jars of delicious end of summer fruit jam to share and enjoy. A Studio classic and our last class of the summer session. Hope to see you there! Take your handiwork home to enjoy, we snack on Chef Andrea's creations in class.
