  • Let Chef Jessica Roberts, a Cookery veteran, help you sharpen your knife skills and learn what the hardest working tool in your kitchen can do.
  • You will practice the correct grip, how to slice, and chiffonade with expert guidance.
  • Together we will make a classic noodle dish, Japchae with julienned vegetables & chicken served with three traditional banchan (side dishes); Sigumchi Namul (sesame spinach), Musaengchae (radish salad),  and Kongnamul Muchim (beansprout salad).
