Korean food is on the rise in popularity worldwide. This class is perfect for those individuals who name themselves as true Korean food lovers as you will learn how to make your own homemade Kimchi (to take home to ferment of course!), delicious Mandu Dumplings, more-ish Japchae noodles, and Pork Bulgogi.

  • Kimchi Mandu (Korean Style Dumplings)
  • Kimchi- Homemade kimchi made in class from shredded cabbage and other assorted vegetables in a sweet, spicy, and savory sauce- you will take this home to ferment for later!
  • Japche - Sweet potato noodles seasoned with an assortment of savory sauces and stir-fried with vegetables
  • Spicy Pork Belly Bulgogi

You will learn the basics of cutting, slicing and chopping using a Chinese cleaver.

  • You’ll also be taught how pickle and ferment Kimchi perfectly.

  • Our Head chef will also instruct you on how to stir-fry to unlock your inner wokstar skills!
