 This deceivingly easy to make desert requires guidance and TLC from professional hands to turn into a knock-out desert that will keep your customers coming back for more. 

Tiramisu is an elegant and richly layered Italian dessert made with delicate sponge fingers, coffee, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, rum and cocoa powder. Its name stems from the phrase tirami sù, an Italian expression which literally means pick me up, a reference to the uplifting effects of sugar, liquor, and coffee.

Learn to create this decadent desert from scratch – from making the sponge fingers to assembling sturdy layers, and get tips and tricks to infuse some “kicks” into this pick-me-up.

This class will also teach another signature Itallian desert that is a perfect match for coffee, the Biscotti. The making of this special dough is a secret our Chef-trainer will reveal to you and demonstrate the unique twice-baked technique. And of course, the skill required to cut Biscotti into its signature thin slices.
