Perfect for aspiring chefs aged 4-10, this fun and exciting class will focus on bakery and will focus on sweet bites. During the class kids will learn key techniques from our friendly team of chefs, gaining an understanding of the fundamentals of bakery, and build their all-round kitchen confidence.
Sweet baking classes will focus on delicious treats such as brownies, cookies, lemon cake not to mention the beloved Langham sweet scone! Please note, this list is for representation purposes only and recipe selections may vary slightly.
There are snacks and refreshments to enjoy throughout the class and children will leave with armfuls of freshly baked goodies packaged in custom made boxes and Sauce tote bags. Little chefs do need to be accompanied by an adult, should a bit of additional elbow grease be needed but they will find the day just as entertaining and informative as their small charges.

Our cookery courses in the East Midlands include a short demonstration followed by "hands-on" cooking with tutoring to your own specific requirements. Recipes and ingredients are all provided.
Our 2 day Teen Cookery Toolbox is a hands-on, fun-filled, practical cookery course for young foodies aged 12-17.

This is a recreational programme designed to build skills and confidence with general cookery techniques and does not result in any formal qualifications. Students enrolled vary greatly from young adults right through to those a little more advanced in age.
