Day 1: Knife Skills and Sauces - Chop Salad with Basil Vinaigrette, Pasta with Bechamel Cheese Sauce
Day 2: Kitchen Chemistry - Buttermilk Biscuits with Cheese and Ham (optional), Vanilla Bean Souffle, Raspberry Sauce
Day 3: Saute, Grill and Roast - Chicken Piccata, Grilled Veggie Skewers, Shortcakes with Roasted Strawberries
Day 4: Pasta From Scratch - Handmade Pasta with two Sauces, Fresh Tomato and Basil Pesto
Day 5: Bake Shop - Summer Berry Hand Pies, Lemon Cupcakes with Berry Whipped Cream

Our Chef Tech Kids Monthly Cook and Bake Series are the perfect match for your child with a flair for food! Classes meet for 1.5 hours, once a week throughout the month. Children will learn a variety of cooking and baking skills.
Kids Cooking class is offered by Cooking By Ivette. We teach all levels of cooking experience. Â We even accommodate food allergies (ie. gluten, soy, oats, etc.). Â You can learn how to cook an entire meal in about 1 hour including dessert and gain time-saving skills to recreate the meal at home.
A kid-sized version of our favorite Asian recipes make up this fun and interactive cooking class! The students will work in groups of 4 to make each menu item from start to finish.Â
Learning to bring your family together with nutritional meals can start at any age
Get cooking at the Botanical Garden with this CHEF camp! This cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics, and using healthy ingredients. Program participants will harvest seasonal garden produce and then use them in recipes.
