The COOK space has been transformed into a wine haven, offering a thoughtful selection of wines not available in Pennsylvania’s state stores. Just as with COOK’s class lineup, CORK is a destination for everyone, whether you’re looking to pick up a well-priced table wine on a weeknight or a splurge-y sparkling to toast a special occasion. Plus, for the cocktail lover, CORK now offers a seasonally rotating line of cocktails to go!
Kids love Desserts. And who could blame them especially when they are homemade! Treat your child (aged 8 and above) to a lesson that teaches creative ways for kids to gain baking confidence with an array of family-friendly desserts.
This is a great class for kids! Students work with delicious chocolate and pour several types to make a large, round pizza shape. They top the pizza with their favorite candies and cookie pieces (nuts are optional). Each student takes home a large pizza-shaped confection.
Kids will beat the summer heat, making 3-4 different recipes daily, learning both culinary and baking techniques.We will “Cook Around the World” with Italian, Mexican, and Asian dishes with the last day featuring everyone’s favorite day - Chopped Jr competitions!
