This 2-day Culinary Skills Boot Camp by Food Playground x Elle & Vire is the perfect launchpad to help learners achieve the following Learning Outcomes:
Understand food hygiene and food preparation basics
Learn to prepare and cook authentic recipes from scratch
Learn a variety of cooking and baking techniques
Learn how to incorporate healthier ingredients in recipes
Learn important life skills like empathy and kindness
This course will be conducted at our own fully equipped cooking studio in Chinatown. Each class will have an intimate learning environment with a ratio of 1 instructor to 4 learners.
