Are you looking for the next frontier in baking? Learn how to bake from scratch! Grab a rolling pin and put on an apron! We’re going to be sifting, whisking, kneading, mixing, and measuring as we bake savory and sweet creations from scratch.
Create flaky pie crusts, yeasted doughs, cake decorations, and much more! The highlight of this comprehensive week is our Thursday iron chef dessert competition, when students create their dessert masterpieces. Students bring home samples of their work throughout the week to share with family and friends.

With our rich curriculum and amazing outdoor classroom spaces, IPCP’s Nature in the City Summer Camp is sure to bring your child a summer full of discovery, fun, and friendship! Campers will spend their days exploring our outdoor classrooms, engaging in learning activities, and playing in nature.
Summer Camps for kids (1st graders and up) opens in mid March and you must be on our mailing list to get the registration link. These camps fill up within hours, so be on the lookout for the schedule that will be sent to your inbox in early March.
Does your child love to cook, or even just help in the kitchen? This summer camp will teach him or her kitchen safety along with basic knife skills, basic nutrition and kitchen hygiene. It will build confidence and excitement for trying new recipes.
Join Cookshop and Make Do Art Studio for a fun-filled week of summer camp! We’ll be learning new skills and recipes in the kitchen, and creating fun art in the afternoons.
