Traditionally, kimchi making is a village task, often involving the entire family and neighbours. We want you to experience the warmth and satisfaction of the hands-on learning experience. We will walk you through step by step how to make delicious kimchi.

Our Story
This intensive hands-on course focuses on empowering your hands and skills, knowledge and repertoire, confidence and creativity with plant-based ingredients. It is taught by professional chef instructors, covering techniques, flavour combinations, and plating with diligence.
In this class, we will demonstrate how to take your vegan cookery to the next level. We'll introdue you to Plant Based Batch Cooking and we will talk about stock making and how to reduce your kitchen waste while increasing the flavour and nutrition in all your meals.
During this 1 to 1 ½ hour session, we will be making Three Sisters Soup and Wild Rice Salad together.
If you’re looking to introduce new dishes to your repertoire, have more options for dinner guests, or discover new ingredients and techniques, this class will give you a versatile toolkit for making amazing vegan meals
