This class is part of the Four Week Cooking Techniques Series, Part 2. This series complements the Cooking Series, Part 1, but classes in this series may be taken without having first completed Part 1. The classes are suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher.

Making eating healthy a little more interesting by learning to roll your own vegetable sushi and veggie dumplings! We’ll learn to make sticky rice and practice our knife skills then put it all together by perfecting our sushi rolling and dumpling-making skills.
