Lunch & Learn classes are short cooking classes ranging between 1.5 - and 2 hours in length. You will be taking home everything you cut during this class. A light lunch will be served but you will not be cooking, just cutting.
Stir is a recreational Cooking School open to the public! We offer in person cooking classes in a group setting.
In this Awesome class lead by Chef Monica Bolsoni, you will learn the proper use of at least five knives, while making a dreamy meal of fresh fish (you will learn how to filet), shish kabab, tzatziki, hummus and fresh mint salad.
Time to sharpen up and slice and dice your way to culinary wizardry. Learn how to select and sharpen knives, practice a variety of cuts, and work with uniquely shaped vegetables.
During this hands-on class, you will learn with Certified Executive Chef C. David Wolf the most common cuts including slicing, rock chopping, dicing, back slicing, bias cuts, and peeling of round and hard-to-handle foods.
Knife Skills Class is offered by The Chinese Lady. No matter your level of comfort in a kitchen, I can teach you how to make nearly anything during my private, personalized cooking class! All classes are hands-on and are absolutely perfect for individuals and small groups.
You will learn a variety of cutting techniques, have lots of time to practice, and depart with the confidence to chop, dice and slice your way to more enjoyable meal preparation at home.
