The class will be about Jaeyuk-bokkeum(Stir-fried Spicy Pork), led by Chef Sunna Na.
In this workshop, expect to learn how to make use of soy and gochujang (Korean pepper paste) into your everyday cooking.
A visual presentation of Korean kimchi culture and how-to demonstrations are coupled with hands-on practice.
Join us for the cooking class that simply has it all: from an appetizer course of perfectly cooked seafood to an exciting main course of Korean-style flat iron steak with unforgettably flavourful sides. To top it all off: Our famous coffee and bailey's sticky toffee pudding.
