Join us for a hands-on Seafood Cooking Class with Anita Jaisinghani. With all of her kaleidoscopic menus, Anita combines the complexities of Indian cuisine with leanings toward the ancient body of wisdom of Ayurveda, the magic of spices & the goodness of fresh, local ingredients.
This class is all about fish and seafood! For three hours you (or whoever you send) will help prepare and eat great fish and seafood!!. Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Tilapa… it’s all on the menu and it’s all going to get eaten!! OK.
You’ll never want to settle for a typical steakhouse fare after experiencing our twist on surf and turf. Join us for this date night class and learn how to spice up steak with an espelette pepper rub and brighten seared shrimp with a citrus vinaigrette.
Enjoy Mexican seafood, from North to South! Enjoy Mahi Mahi two ways: seasoned and done as a taco, and spiced & seared with Nopales and peppers.
This class gives you a taste of several seasonal seafood offerings (menu will vary depending on the freshest catch of the day), prepared by Atrium Kitchen Executive Chef Traci Calderon.
