Our main course will be Skillet Roasted Chicken with Whole Lemon which we’ll serve with a side of Sauteed Asparagus with Leeks, Pancetta and Lemon Zest. Rounding out the meal, for dessert we’ll make a creamy Lemon Posset with Fresh Berries.
